حذف حساب مواشيك

يمكنك حذف حسابك في تطبيق المالك أو تطبيق المهنيين في أي وقت، من داخل التطبيق أو بطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

1. تطبيق المالك: حسابي، ثم الخصوصية والأمان، ثم حذف الحساب، ثم التأكيد.
2. تطبيق المهنيين (الطبيب البيطري أو المعالج أو المندوب): المساعدة والدعم، ثم حذف الحساب، ثم التأكيد.

الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تتمكن من الدخول، أرسل طلباً من بريدك إلى info@mawashek.com يتضمن الاسم ورقم الهاتف المسجل ونوع الحساب. قد نتحقق من ملكية الرقم برسالة قبل التنفيذ، وننفذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.

إرسال طلب حذف الحساب

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى

• يُحذف: الاسم ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور وصورة الملف والرخصة والهوية ورموز الإشعارات والمحادثات وبيانات الموقع.
• يبقى مجهول الهوية: سجلات الزيارات الطبية لأغراض صحة الحيوان.
• يُحتفظ بالسجلات المالية للمدة التي يفرضها القانون، ثم تُحذف.
• قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية حتى 30 يوماً إضافية قبل محوها نهائياً.

Delete your Mawashek account

You can delete your owner app or professionals app account at any time, in the app or by email request.

Delete in the app

1. Owner app: My account, then Privacy and security, then Delete account, then confirm.
2. Professionals app (veterinarian, treater or courier): Help and support, then Delete account, then confirm.

Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email info@mawashek.com with your name, registered phone number and account type. We may verify the number with a message first, and we complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: name, phone number, password, profile photo, licence and ID, push tokens, chats and location data.
• Kept anonymised: visit medical records, for animal-health purposes.
• Financial records are kept for the period required by law, then deleted.
• Backups may hold data for up to 30 more days before it is erased.
