شروط الاستخدام
آخر تحديث: 12 أكتوبر 2026باستخدامك تطبيقات مواشيك أو موقعها فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
1. دور المنصة
مواشيك منصة تقنية وسيطة تربط مربي المواشي بالأطباء البيطريين والمعالجين ومقدمي خدمات الرش والمندوبين والبائعين. لا تقدم المنصة خدمات بيطرية أو نقل بنفسها، ومقدمو الخدمات مستقلون وليسوا موظفين لديها.
2. الحسابات
يجب أن تكون قد بلغت 18 عاماً، وأن تقدم بيانات صحيحة، وأن تحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور. أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يتم من خلال حسابك، وعليك إبلاغنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرح به.
3. التزامات المالك
يلتزم المالك بوصف حالة الحيوان والموقع بدقة، وتسهيل وصول مقدم الخدمة، ودفع المبلغ المتفق عليه عند إتمام الخدمة.
4. التزامات مقدم الخدمة
يلتزم مقدم الخدمة بتقديم رخصة سارية وهوية حقيقية، وعدم استقبال الطلبات قبل موافقة المشرف على التوثيق، وتقديم الخدمة بمهنية وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة قطر. التشخيص والعلاج والوصفات مسؤولية مقدم الخدمة المهنية وحده.
5. التزامات المندوب
يلتزم المندوب باستلام الطلب وتسليمه سليماً في الوقت المحدد، والالتزام بقوانين المرور، وتسجيل إثبات التسليم، وعدم استخدام بيانات العملاء لأي غرض آخر.
6. الأسعار والعمولة
يحدد مقدم الخدمة سعر الزيارة عند قبول الطلب ويظهر للمالك قبل التأكيد، وتظهر أسعار المتجر ورسوم التوصيل قبل الطلب. تقتطع المنصة عمولة 10% من قيمة الزيارات والخدمات المكتملة عبرها ما لم يُعلن خلاف ذلك. الأسعار بالريال القطري.
7. الإلغاء والاسترداد
يمكن للمالك إلغاء الطلب دون رسوم قبل وصول مقدم الخدمة. بعد الوصول أو بدء الخدمة قد يستحق مقدم الخدمة رسوم الزيارة المعلنة. يمكن إلغاء طلب المتجر قبل خروجه للتوصيل. إذا لم تصل الطلبية أو وصلت تالفة أو مختلفة فأبلغنا خلال 48 ساعة، وبعد التحقق نعيد المبلغ المدفوع عبر المنصة بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 14 يوماً. المبالغ المدفوعة نقداً لمقدم الخدمة تُسوّى بينه وبين المالك، وتساعد المنصة في حل الخلاف.
8. السلوك والمحتوى
يُمنع التحرش أو الاحتيال أو نشر محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للقانون، أو مشاركة بيانات المستخدمين خارج المنصة، أو التحايل على العمولة بالاتفاق خارجها. أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي ترفعه، وتمنحنا ترخيصاً لعرضه داخل الخدمة بالقدر اللازم لتشغيلها.
9. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم المنصة كما هي. لا تتحمل مواشيك مسؤولية جودة الخدمات المهنية أو نتائج العلاج أو أفعال المستخدمين، ولا الأضرار غير المباشرة. وفي جميع الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا قيمة العمولة التي حصلنا عليها عن المعاملة محل المطالبة، دون الإخلال بأي حق لا يجوز استبعاده قانوناً.
10. الإيقاف وإنهاء الحساب
يحق للمنصة إيقاف الحساب أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو القانون أو عند وجود خطر على المستخدمين. ويمكنك إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت بحذفه من التطبيق.
11. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر، وتختص محاكم دولة قطر بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
12. التعديلات والتواصل
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط وننشر النسخة الجديدة مع تاريخها، واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني قبوله. للتواصل: info@mawashek.com

1. Our role
Mawashek is a technology platform that connects livestock owners with veterinarians, treaters, spraying providers, couriers and sellers. The platform does not itself provide veterinary or transport services; providers are independent and are not its employees.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or over, provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Owner duties
Owners must describe the animal's condition and the location accurately, give the provider access, and pay the agreed amount when the service is completed.
4. Provider duties
Providers must hold a valid licence and genuine ID, must not accept requests before verification is approved, and must deliver services professionally under the laws of the State of Qatar. Diagnosis, treatment and prescriptions are solely the provider's professional responsibility.
5. Courier duties
Couriers must collect and deliver orders intact and on time, obey traffic laws, record proof of delivery, and not use customer data for any other purpose.
6. Prices and commission
Providers set the visit price when accepting a request and it is shown to the owner before confirmation; store prices and delivery fees are shown before ordering. The platform deducts a 10% commission on the value of visits and services completed through it unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Qatari riyals.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Owners may cancel a request free of charge before the provider arrives. After arrival or once the service starts, the provider may be owed the stated visit fee. Store orders can be cancelled before they leave for delivery. If an order does not arrive, or arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours; after checking, we refund amounts paid through the platform to the original payment method within 14 days. Amounts paid in cash to a provider are settled between the provider and the owner, and the platform helps resolve disputes.
8. Conduct and content
Harassment, fraud, offensive or unlawful content, sharing users' data outside the platform, and arranging deals off the platform to avoid commission are not allowed. You are responsible for content you upload and grant us a licence to display it in the service as needed to run it.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as is. Mawashek is not responsible for the quality of professional services, treatment outcomes or users' actions, nor for indirect losses. In any case our liability does not exceed the commission we received for the transaction concerned, without prejudice to any right that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, or that puts users at risk. You may end your account at any time by deleting it in the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12. Changes and contact
We may change these terms and will publish the new version with its date; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Contact: info@mawashek.com
